Duck Creek Village area Photographer and Videographer Patrick Mahler took this beautiful footage of Duck Creek Community Church in Duck Creek Village, the lighting of the Christmas Tree in Duck Creek Village, and the Nativity co-sponsored by DCCC and the Alton Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The young people who staged the Nativity were from the Alton Ward and live goats in a nearby pen, also from Alton, added to the realism. The mountain is a beautiful place full of the Christmas Spirit as we prepare to celebrate the birth of our Savior!
Please see Pastor Steve Baden if you are interested in being baptized. DCCC schedules baptismal opportunities during the year as individuals come forward. Please talk to Pastor Steve to schedule your baptism. The Baptismal inside Duck Creek Community Church is located in the Sanctuary and the water is heated to a comfortable level. Baptism at Duck Creek Community Church is by submersion and is a joyous event. The church sometimes schedules baptisms outdoors in the Sevier River during warmer months.

It is the purpose of the church to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to be governed by the doctrines and practices of the New Testament. Please see the Statement of Faith below.
The Holy Bible, alone, is our authority for faith and practice. No other doctrine or covenants but that which is contained in the Holy Bible will be preached or taught.
This church is an independent and autonomous congregation, free from all denominational controls and affiliations. Should you have a question for the leadership of the church, please email:

The whole thing sounds like a glorious account of the Lord's work in an area where it is greatly needed! Thanks be to Him!

Pastor Baden’s Memorial Day sermon was one of the best sermons I’ve heard in my entire life! Wish I was there to hear it. I hope those who were there appreciate his message. God Bless Pastor Baden.
